Steve Singer is the SVP of Publisher and Developer Relations (PDR) at Nintendo of America, where he and his team are responsible for the company’s 2nd and 3rd party business, working closely with both publishers and developers.
Steve began his career with NOA in 1999 as General Manager of the company’s Latin America business. In April 2006, Steve was promoted to VP of Latin American operations, and in July 2007, he became VP of Licensing overseeing the 3rd party, accessory licensing, and brand licensing business areas. Prior to joining Nintendo, Steve spent more than 11 years at Whirlpool Corporation in positions of increasing responsibility, including roles in Latin America, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Marketing as well as a Certificate in International Business. He also holds a master’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University. He’s a devoted sports fan, in particular of golf and ice hockey, and loves to travel.
Steve’s video game interests are broad, but his favorites include Fortnite, Balatro, the Call of Duty series and any game featuring Mario or Zelda.
